About The Position
JAM Industries is seeking a Digital & Business Transformation Intern to join their Digital Transformation Office. This internship offers the opportunity to make an impact in business transformation by supporting strategic transformation projects focused on data assessment and analysis. The intern will collaborate with the Business & Digital team to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation, participate in implementing solutions to enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency, and support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches. The role also involves using analytics tools to simulate and support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or equivalent
- Strong technical coding skills, such as sql, python
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project environment
Responsibilities
