Health Sciences North (HSN) is seeking an innovative individual for the position of Manager, Digital Transformation to lead quality improvement initiatives that support the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of HSN’s clinical information systems, with a focus on improving workflows, digital adoption, data integrity, and patient care outcomes. Contribute to the implementation and realization of HSN’s Digital and Data Strategy by working collaboratively with clinical programs and ancillary teams to advance initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, provincial expectations, and accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Quality Improvement, Health Administration, or a related field from an accredited university. We are looking for someone with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting with a focus in informatics, quality improvement, or clinical system implementation. Additionally, candidates who possess two (2) years’ experience in a project manager, team lead, or quality improvement leadership role and experience supporting EMR optimization, quality improvement initiatives, and performance measurement are required. DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW The Informatics program is responsible for supporting the digital operational needs of the organization. With a focus on bridging clinical workflows with technology, the Clinical Informatics and Applications team supports frontline staff in delivering safe patient care.
