Digital Transformation Architect
About The Position
This role focuses on establishing processes that drive technology innovation from conception to delivery, operating at the intersection of business and technology. The Digital Transformation Architect will work with Agile development teams to develop a Digital Twin product, supporting clients' most pressing missions. The position involves driving business and growth, designing and advancing processes, and exploring technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences. The architect will be responsible for leading client delivery and managing internal business operations of the Digital Twin team, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables for both internal investments and billable projects. This includes identifying client business needs, building delivery teams, managing all aspects of delivery from requirements gathering to feature deployment, and supporting day-to-day operations to drive team priorities and business growth. Marketing and selling the digital twin product, and managing administrative duties for staffing initiatives are also key aspects of the role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 3+ years of experience with program management
- 2+ years of experience with implementing Agile and product lifecycle methodologies and best practices
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and user experience specialists to identify clients’ business needs, gather requirements, and develop user stories
- Experience with running projects, including developing and managing project schedules, product roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Experience with analyzing requirements for IT products, systems, and business processes through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across teams
- Experience with project management tools, like Jira and Microsoft Office suite, and developing and managing senior client relationships
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- Help to market and sell our digital twin product
- Manage administrative duties of staffing those initiatives
