About The Position

The Training Coordinator manages the execution and logistics of digital training and simulation events. This role oversees calendar coordination, administrative briefings, classroom setup, and system status tracking to ensure event readiness and instructional continuity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in training support or instructional logistics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Army classroom management, scheduling, and coordination tools.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Government schedulers and SGLs for training calendar updates.
  • Prepare classrooms, assist with roster management, and support kickoff briefings.
  • Conduct weekly equipment readiness checks and report system status.
  • Log and maintain RFI responses, training outcomes, and SharePoint entries.
  • Support lesson plan revision and event execution planning.
