About The Position

The Digital Operations Coordinator is a position within the streaming team providing day-to-day support across the Secretly Group and All Flowers Group rosters. This is a full-time position based out of our Bloomington, IN office. This role works closely with our wider marketing and project teams to deliver audio and video content to Digital Service Providers (DSPs), optimize artist and label channels across platforms, and carry out special projects related to metadata/rights updates as needed. This role reports to the VP of Streaming.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience at a record label, distributor, artist management company, or DSP in a similar role preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Interest and familiarity with the Secretly Group and All Flowers Group label rosters

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of digital distribution processes a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the intake, archiving, and delivery of audio and video content to DSPs
  • Oversee the deadlines and delivery of NRI materials for digital distribution
  • Work closely with distribution partners to update and remove digital products as needed
  • Optimize artist and label channels across streaming platforms, including updated photos, playlists, biographies, etc.
  • Advise label teams on best practices related to metadata and content delivery
  • Maintain shared staff resources such as digital release schedules and asset archives
