About The Position

We are looking for a highly talented Engineer to join our unique SBU application team leveraging multidisciplinary expertise to maximize our Wafer Result Analytical (WRA) platform value and address our customer’s HVPs. Working in a multidisciplinary role with complex electronic systems, be part of R&D activities, affecting product development and growth. Creating value for our customers by understanding their needs & maximizing our application capabilities. Requirements

  • BSc. / MSc. in Engineering
  • 2~10 years of experience in related fields (Semiconductor Industry)
  • Customer orientation, intercultural skills.
  • Self-confidence, presentation skills, communication skills.
  • Problem solving orientation, interdisciplinary knowledge, project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Metrology/ Defect Review (ProVision/SEMVision) experience
  • Data Analytics skill

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a deep understanding of customer technologies and identify customer HVPs, working with internal and external customers, suggesting potential solutions and accompanying till implementation – end to end responsibility.
  • Manage customer feedback to continuously improve WRA value and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex and challenging WRA application related activities, guiding the team effectively.
  • Lead and coordinate execution teams during on-sites activities (beta, SW upgrade, server install) ensuring high involvement in the scope of work (SOW) to meet the timeline.
  • Lead technical review meetings with customers to ensure alignment and address any issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using the WRA and can maximize its benefits.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (Dev team, Product Line Manager, Local account, local support, Product line) to ensure successful adoption and support for WRA.
  • Oversee small project management activities to enhance SBU group effectiveness including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
