About The Position

The Oracle DevOps team is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Engineer and Project Manager to be part of the Manufacturing and Quality Oracle DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, requirement gathering, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of Oracle supply chain modules. You will identify, scope, and lead business/site readiness projects to prepare new sites for the oracle implementation. You will gain a deep understanding of all the integrations with legacy tools or cloud tools interconnected with Oracle following the best practices for new implementations. You will define test strategy and performance analysis in the path for moving Oracle into the cloud. You will lead all projects following Agile/Lean process and implementation by Tollgates. You will maintain tight linkages with Supply chain business users and leaders to deliver benefits and reduce costs in all supply chain processes. You will deliver quality improvements and root-cause analysis for ERP related complex business problems and work closely with delivery managers ensuring on-time execution of all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
  • Have at least 6 years of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management Applications development, maintenance and development supervision, special focus on ITEM BOM PLANNING WIP and INVENTORY modules
  • Experience in IT project management and execution in global companies or large consulting firm
  • Have functional domain expertise in Supply chain

  • Have demonstrated planning and organization skills
  • Have Project management skills and contractors’ supervision experience
  • Have process improvement experience
  • Have experience with Baker Hughes processes, methodologies and reporting methods
  • Have 6 Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certified
  • Have knowledge of Baker Hughes project management standards and/or AIM
  • Have IMLP, IT CAS or equivalent technical leadership program experience
