About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Technical Product Manager to define product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs. This role involves translating business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications. You will collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure digital solutions, and own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery. The position leads the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization. You will drive digital user experience (UX) by partnering with design teams and validating via user research, and use data and analytics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions. Ensuring compliance, security, and regulatory alignment, especially in BFSI and other regulated industries, is crucial. You will manage cross-functional stakeholders and communicate product status, risks, and milestones, while championing continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the product team. Strong knowledge in Personal Insurance domain, Insurance Sales, Services, payments, and billing is required.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Ability to interpret architecture diagrams, data flows, and system design.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, SRE fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, data models, analytics).
  • Product visioning, roadmap planning, and strategic thinking.
  • Writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog prioritization using PM frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF).
  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum execution.
  • Data-driven decision making using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Ability to run and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
  • Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Clear communication across engineering, UX, business, and compliance.
  • Influencing without authority, driving alignment.
  • Risk management, negotiation, and decision-making under ambiguity.
  • Deeper understanding in Sales, Billing, and payments.
  • 8-10 years of experience.
