This initiative aims to create a sophisticated understanding of members to serve them through every stage of their membership, ensuring an exceptional experience. This role will support the strategy setting and implementation for this critical area, working closely with business and IT partners. Responsibilities include managing IT investment, developing roadmaps, drafting features, maintaining a backlog of work ready for implementation, and partnering for timely delivery of solutions. The role offers a flexible work environment requiring 4 days in the office per week and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL.
