The Digital/Technical Product Manager (DTPM) will serve as the balance between the technical and business aspects of the digital products to ensure we are enabling the digital tools and capabilities while continuing to meet the needs of our customers, users, and the business requirements. The DTPM regularly communicates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders daily. Their ability to effectively develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions is a crucial job function. The DTPM is tasked with optimizing and improving the existing products and experiences across eCommerce touchpoints and platforms. The DTPM will continuously leverage data-driven problem-solving techniques and analytical insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and improve performance. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
