The Opportunity As a dedicated Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead, you will define and scale our Personalization and Next Best Action (NBA) strategy, program, and experiences. This role will own the vision, roadmap, and adoption of a unified decisioning system that powers personalized member experiences across all interactions. You will operate at the intersection of product, data and technology— translating business and member goals into scalable personalized capabilities and leading internal adoption. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
