About The Position

A Digital Lead is responsible for leading a team of imaging professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the imaging department, and ensuring that imaging projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the field of Imaging/Scanning operations or comparable experience.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Proficiency in typing

Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of imaging professionals, providing guidance, direction, and coaching as needed.
Assisting with ensuring that all imaging projects meet the quality standards set by the organization, and that images are of high quality and properly processed.
Overseeing the day-to-day logistics of imaging projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Managing imaging equipment, including ensuring that it is properly maintained, calibrated, and updated as necessary.
Developing and training imaging staff to improve their skills and knowledge, as well as identifying performance issues.
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring that all imaging activities comply with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
Assisting in hiring new employees.
Operating and troubleshooting equipment.
Performing support functions to maintain smooth workflow.
