About The Position

In the role of Digital Systems Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Supply Chain Digital Management team. You will be responsible for running and validating the weekly SAP / APO supply plan associated with 55+ million barrels of beer, as well as assisting with new technology introductions, gap analysis, and process improvement consultancy. This position reports to the Process Lead of Digital Systems, and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, IT, Technical Consultants, Customer Service Analysts, Transportation, and Project Management (New Product Introduction).

Requirements

  • Experience working with SAP APO
  • Aptitude for data mining large datasets and making sense of them
  • Ability to quickly build and develop effective working relationships across the organization
  • Ability to communicate highly complex, technical and analytical issues in simple business terms to a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or another relevant field, or equivalent working experience
  • Ability to quickly learn technical information relating to a wide array of software
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
  • Ability to take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Responsibilities

  • Weekly validation, management, and upload of critical supply chain inputs to SAP/APO/o9 for Canada and the US
  • Run and validate weekly APO transactions that produce the Molson Coors APO supply plan
  • Investigate and correct issues with APO/o9, ECC, SNC, in coordination with IT
  • Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Customer Supply Chain
  • Managing minor enhancements with AMS/IT and help identify gaps in people, process and technology
  • Assist teams adopt new technologies and ways of working
  • Provide timely support for transportation master data, including maintaining TM lanes, management and upload of bid data, and cross-functional support as needed.
