The Digital Strategy Senior Manager position is a Full time, Regular position. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Develop and execute the organization’s digital growth strategy across subscriptions, eCommerce, loyalty programs, and other digital revenue streams. Own the day-to-day performance of digital revenue, proactively monitoring results and driving weekly and monthly improvements. Lead initiatives to increase digital subscription acquisition, conversion, retention, and renewal. Optimize subscription and eCommerce funnels by identifying drop-off points and implementing improvements to the user experience. Develop and manage loyalty program strategies that are sustainable, measurable, and aligned with business goals. Partner with Marketing to drive digital campaigns that increase subscriptions, loyalty engagement, and eCommerce revenue. Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to support digital monetization strategies and revenue opportunities. Identify and evaluate new digital revenue opportunities through market trends, user behavior, and competitive analysis. Lead efforts to strengthen the organization’s use of data and audience segmentation to improve monetization and personalization. Define and track KPIs across digital revenue streams, ensuring consistent reporting and performance accountability. Establish a digital performance scorecard and ensure leadership has visibility into results, risks, and opportunities. Direct the Business Intelligence strategy and execution, ensuring data, reporting, and analytics drive measurable digital growth and business performance. Identify gaps in data tracking and partner with Technology to improve measurement, tagging, and reporting accuracy. Drive cross-functional execution of digital initiatives, ensuring clear owners, timelines, and follow-through. Lead improvements to the organization’s digital product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches. Support the development and optimization of the external career-facing digital presence, where applicable, to strengthen digital brand and engagement. Monitor digital media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive. Prepare and deliver performance updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership, including forecasts and strategic priorities. Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, digital business growth, digital product management, subscriptions, eCommerce, loyalty programs, or digital revenue operations.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital business models, including subscriptions, eCommerce, loyalty programs, and digital monetization strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive digital revenue growth through performance optimization, experimentation, and execution discipline.
  • Strong understanding of digital subscription funnels, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and renewal strategies.
  • Experience building and improving loyalty programs that drive measurable engagement and sustainable business value.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, priorities, and business actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a Business Intelligence function, including setting priorities, ensuring data quality, and delivering decision-ready reporting.
  • Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting models to track digital performance.
  • Familiarity with data strategy, audience segmentation, and personalization approaches to improve growth and monetization.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising and monetization ecosystems (direct sales, programmatic, and platform-based monetization).
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting platforms; comfort working with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, timeline management, and follow-through across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align leaders across departments, including executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex information and present clear recommendations.
  • Change agent mindset with the ability to drive adoption, improve processes, and modernize digital operations across teams.
  • High standards, strong accountability, and ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bilingual (writing, conversational and reading comprehension in English and Spanish).
