Dickerson, Bakker & Associates LLC (DickersonBakker) is a consulting firm established in 1985 that works primarily with faith-based nonprofit organizations, providing fundraising and executive search consulting services. The team of 50+ is located across the USA, with one physical office in Raleigh, NC. This role is fully remote, or can be based in our Raleigh, NC office. The Digital Strategist is responsible for shaping and delivering digital fundraising campaigns for clients. The role blends digital strategy with hands-on campaign management, contributing to the digital strategy for assigned clients and owning end-to-end execution of those campaigns. The long-term focus will be ownership of full campaign strategy, including audience segmentation and customization, channel mix, platform integration and technology optimization, and management of campaign delivery. The near-term emphasis will be on managing and optimizing campaign execution. This is a client-facing role where the Digital Strategist will interact directly with clients, collaborate internally with creative, web development, media, and account management teams, and manage relationships with external strategic partners. The Digital Strategist will report directly to the VP of Digital Services.
