About The Position

Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. TMH is a career destination with over 6,000 colleagues and is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, and the most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. The system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. The Web/Digital Strategist is responsible for leading and optimizing Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s digital presence, including TMH.ORG, email marketing, search strategy, and digital advertising. This role drives performance across all digital channels by leveraging best practices in SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to ensure content is discoverable, relevant, and aligned with user needs. This position manages the day-to-day strategy, content, and performance of TMH.ORG, ensuring a seamless, user-centered experience that supports organizational goals. The Web/Digital Strategist also develops and executes email marketing campaigns and oversees digital advertising efforts to effectively reach and engage target audiences. A forward-thinking and data-driven self-starter, this individual continuously brings new ideas, tools, and industry best practices to enhance TMH’s digital ecosystem. The Web/Digital Strategist collaborates closely with the Director, Digital Strategy and Marketing & Communications team to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital initiatives that strengthen TMH’s overall digital footprint.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of digital experience, including website management and search engine marketing

Responsibilities

  • Leading and optimizing Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s digital presence, including TMH.ORG, email marketing, search strategy, and digital advertising
