About The Position

The Manager, Digital Solutions is responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Hyundai Capital Canada’s Salesforce-based digital platforms. Working as part of a small development team and collaborating closely with Architects and Business Managers, this role focuses on maintaining, improving, and expanding the digital solutions that power HCCA’s Customer and Dealer Portals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience configuring and customizing Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and related tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrations with AWS and external systems via APIs and middleware.
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Experience Cloud sites.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and Release Management using Git-based version control.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues using tools such as JIRA.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent technical proficiency across Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong development skills in Apex, LWCs, SOQL, SOSL, and Flow Builder.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, security, and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive finance or consumer finance preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions across CRM, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including building custom components, flows, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), integrations, and security models.
  • Perform unit testing for all Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Investigate and resolve defects identified during QA and UAT.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by reviewing logs, monitoring platform performance, and working with end users and business analysts to identify root causes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and integration documentation.
  • Assist and perform deployments.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
