AECOM's Adaptive Program Management Technologies team operates at the intersection of construction program management, digital transformation, and emerging technologies like data analytics and AI. We are seeking candidates from construction management, civil engineering, computer science, information systems, and related fields who are interested in applying technology to enhance program and project delivery. This entry-level position offers the chance to develop business analysis skills, gain experience with various Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), and participate in the full software development lifecycle for custom digital solutions. The role supports a growing portfolio of projects delivering technology solutions for clients managing capital improvement programs. Working with senior team members, the Business Analyst I will help deploy integrated solutions for complex program and project management challenges, which may include commercial-off-the-shelf applications, custom software, AI-enabled capabilities, or combinations thereof. This role provides exposure to implementing and configuring leading PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Kahua, Procore, and InEight. The Business Analyst I will translate client requirements into system configurations, process workflows, and functional requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technology. Under senior guidance, they will use business analysis techniques and critical thinking to evaluate existing processes, identify improvements, and support solution design and implementation throughout the lifecycle: discovery, requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout. Projects vary in size and complexity, offering significant professional growth opportunities.
