We are looking for a Head of Digital & Social to join our Toronto-based team of writers, editors, social producers, and data experts. We’re looking for a Head of Digital & Social to lead the brand’s end-to-end digital presence—driving audience growth, shaping our editorial voice across platforms, and translating fashion, culture, and commerce into compelling, high-performing content. The Head of Digital & Social is responsible for defining how FASHION shows up online—what we cover, how we package it, and how we reach and grow our audience. In collaboration with the senior editorial team, you will lead content strategy and execution across web, email, and social, using data, instinct, and deep fashion knowledge to drive performance. You’ll work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and broader editorial team to align digital output with print, tentpoles, and brand priorities, while continuously evolving our approach to platform-native storytelling, SEO, and emerging formats—including AI-enabled workflows.
