About The Position

The Digital Services Support Specialist I provides operational and technical support for the Bank’s digital banking and treasury services. This role assists retail and business customers, as well as internal associates, with routine product setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while following established procedures and escalation paths. This position serves as an entry point into advanced digital and treasury support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic understanding of digital banking platforms and financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and internal associates.
  • Ability to work under supervision and escalate issues appropriately.

Nice To Haves

  • post‑secondary education preferred
  • 1–3 years of banking, customer service, operations, or digital services experience preferred
  • Years of experience may be substituted for education requirements or related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational and technical support for retail, business, and digital banking services.
  • Assist and troubleshoot retail digital banking services (mobile banking, mobile deposit, person‑to‑person payments, bill pay, Zelle, etc.).
  • Perform setup and maintenance for Business Online Banking and Treasury Services (ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, positive pay, etc.).
  • Support retail and business customers, business development officers, and internal associates with digital service requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of digital banking and treasury products and services.
  • Accurately document work and follow established procedures, controls, and escalation guidelines.
  • Assist with special projects and other operational duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
