About The Position

The Kolb Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking motivated digital sales representatives to join their team. The role involves protecting families nationwide by offering life & health insurance, financial planning, and retirement solutions. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential and daily payouts. The agency provides a turnkey business ownership model, one-on-one mentorship, virtual and in-person training, and works exclusively with warm leads. Agents will meet virtually with clients to present solutions and assist with applications. The agency emphasizes flexible hours, a supportive work environment, personal growth, and representing top-tier financial products. Requirements

Valid Life & Health Insurance License in your state (or willingness to obtain one)
