About The Position

The Kolb Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven digital sales representatives to join their team. This role focuses on protecting families nationwide through life & health insurance, financial planning, and retirement solutions. It is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential and daily payouts. They provide one-on-one mentorship, virtual and in-person training, and work exclusively with warm leads. Representatives will meet virtually with clients to present solutions and assist with applications.
