About The Position
Townsquare Interactive is seeking a Digital Sales Representative for an in-office role at their Downtown Phoenix office. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in digital sales, offering best-in-class training, hands-on coaching, and a structured program to build sales skills and confidence. The role involves learning to position digital marketing solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses attract more customers and achieve real results. Townsquare Interactive's mission is to help small and medium-sized businesses grow and succeed through an all-in-one business management platform and digital marketing services like website design, SEO, social media, and reputation management.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills

- No sales experience required, just a desire to grow
- A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching
- Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform
- Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results
- Conduct virtual demos and close new business
- Focus on new client acquisition (no account management)
