About The Position

We are hiring a Digital Sales Planner to support the pre-sale and execution workflows across our revenue team. This role focuses on turning ideas into structured, client-ready outputs—building media plans, developing decks, and ensuring campaigns are set up for successful execution. You will work closely with Account Managers and Sales to bring proposals to life and maintain a high standard across all client-facing materials. This role is well-suited for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and looks for ways to improve how work gets done.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel).
  • Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative working style.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly.
  • Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.
  • Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.
  • Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.
  • Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.
  • Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details.
  • Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.
  • Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes.
