This full-time position will assist in the pre and post-sale efforts for a rapidly growing portion of our company focused on local digital campaigns. Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (speak, read & write)
  • Min 3-5 Yrs of experience working in a creative agency or with corp content
  • Experience filming with DSLR cameras in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere and working knowledge of After Effects
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Must be able to work with short deadlines, within a fast-paced environment and with several collaborators and stakeholders
  • Must be communicative and be able to work with varying personalities and different management levels.
  • Must excel in multi-tasking assignments
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel
  • Must be willing to submit a background investigation
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Entering insertion orders into our order management system, Wide Orbit, and submitting tickets for campaign fulfillment in our digital order management system
  • Develop digital campaign recaps with actionable insights
  • Develop accurate digital proposals
  • Assist in the monitoring of active digital campaigns to ensure delivery and troubleshoot any issues like underpacing or underperformance
  • Assist in copywriting and light graphic design for digital ads
  • Submit custom planning requests to the sales planning team
  • Assist in client prospect research
  • Work with AEs and clients to gather campaign assets and information
  • Other duties as assigned to support Digital Sales Manager
