About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. The associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various client roles such as Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, and Small Business Owners, across companies of all sizes. The position offers expert guidance, utilizes the latest technology for sales, and provides high-quality sales training. The role includes daily goals for dials, talk time, and appointments, with increasing autonomy, flexibility in schedule, and work-life balance. It features a set Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, virtual appointments, no travel required, uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Quick learner when it comes to learning new tools and technology.
  • Belief in the power of leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects throughout their buying journey.
  • Upbeat, persistent style and the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage time and present ideas in a clear professional manner while leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • Continuous learner, always learning, growing, and questioning past methods to improve.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship (if no college degree).
  • Military experience (skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by working independently and collaboratively within assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts, in addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
