About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to various decision-makers at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small businesses. The role requires an entrepreneurial spirit to build a book of business, with comprehensive sales training provided, including how to use the latest technology. The position offers a set schedule Monday-Friday with no weekends, virtual appointments, and no travel required. It also includes uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
