About The Position

The Digital Sales Associate executes the full sales cycle for select inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role is responsible for contracting, pricing, negotiating, and closing opportunities while driving incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell motions. Working closely with Account Executives, Customer Relationship Representatives, Client Partners, Implementation, Customer Support, and Partner teams, the Digital Sales Associate manages multiple opportunities simultaneously and serves as a trusted advisor to customers. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, educating customers on the value of Dayforce solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand Dayforce’s footprint within assigned accounts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
  • Knowledge of HCM software, enterprise software, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience with Dayforce solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully promoting and selling products or services.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and manage sales processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of solution-selling and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, results-oriented sales professional with strong closing capabilities.
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders and align business priorities with solution value.
  • Strong aptitude for leveraging digital sales tools and technologies, including social selling, video engagement, and automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both self-generated activities and marketing-driven programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders, co-workers, managers and/or clients across the world. Further, our back office support teams, including but not limited to Human Resources, are primarily English speaking. Employees need to be able to communicate with these departments in English to appropriately administer their business relationship. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking co-workers, managers, stakeholders and/or clients, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Manage inbound sales leads and convert qualified opportunities into closed business.
  • Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to generate pipeline growth.
  • Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up support to prospects and customers.
  • Coordinate and align internal resources to drive opportunities through the sales cycle and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Dayforce products, services, and value propositions.
  • Utilize modern sales and marketing tools to build customer relationships and accelerate opportunity progression.
  • Execute territory plans and manage sales pipelines to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and forecasting information within Salesforce.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates including opportunity status, revenue potential, key stakeholders, and next steps.
  • Participate in territory-based marketing activities to support outbound demand generation efforts.
  • Support additional sales initiatives and responsibilities as required.
