The Digital Sales Associate executes the full sales cycle for select inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role is responsible for contracting, pricing, negotiating, and closing opportunities while driving incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell motions. Working closely with Account Executives, Customer Relationship Representatives, Client Partners, Implementation, Customer Support, and Partner teams, the Digital Sales Associate manages multiple opportunities simultaneously and serves as a trusted advisor to customers. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, educating customers on the value of Dayforce solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand Dayforce’s footprint within assigned accounts.
