About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role offers the opportunity to control your financial future and achieve work-life balance. The position involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using digital technology. The associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various client roles and company sizes. The role emphasizes providing expert guidance, building a book of business, and utilizing high-quality sales training and the latest technology. The position offers a set Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, virtual appointments, and no travel requirements. It also includes uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Military experience (skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

Responsibilities

Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
