About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. The associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various decision-makers at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small businesses. The role requires building a book of business through expert guidance and an entrepreneurial spirit. ADP provides high-quality sales training and teaches the use of the latest technology for success. Initially, leaders will provide daily goals for dials, talk time, and appointments set. As the associate progresses, they will experience autonomy, flexibility in their daily schedule, work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends), and virtual appointments without travel requirements. The position offers uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

  • Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage time and present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • Continuous learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience is acceptable and valued for skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
