About The Position

A leader in the millwork industry has an amazing opportunity for a motivated, digital sales and marketing assistant. This position would work closely with our eCommerce team, ensuring that the user experience on our proprietary configuration software is accurate and efficient from quote to order.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on-the-fly and use the resources and knowledge at your disposal to fulfill our customer's expectations.
Self-motivated, drive to work independently and as part of a team to enhance and improve existing processes with our company eCommerce experience.
Strong foundational computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
Ability to manage multiple projects and manage time wisely.
Willingness to learn about industry manufacturing processes in order to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2-4 years of work experience.
Reliable and dependable with a willingness to learn on the fly.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in business-related field

Responsibilities

Work with our eCommerce team to develop and maintain order entry data fields, bills of materials, and ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Communicate and coordinate with the e-commerce team, management, warehouse, and shipping departments to address order changes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide support to other company functions, responsibilities and team members when necessary.
Solve customer problems and make corrections in software to fix urgent issues.
