About The Position

The Digital Risk Services Analyst role focuses on tasks such as data entry, documentation preparation, and assisting engagement team members in executing assessments and reporting. The Analyst communicates with clients on routine inquiries, organizes project materials, and ensures timelines are met while adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent coursework).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in an administrative, auditing, or IT support role.
• Familiarity with SOC 1, SOC 2, or HITRUST frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of audit software or documentation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist team by organizing documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining project timelines.
• Perform routine testing of business processes and IT general controls under guidance from engagement team members.
• Support the team in drafting engagement deliverables and preparing materials for client presentations.
• Communicate with clients on basic inquiries and coordinate documentation requests.
• Maintain accurate records of engagement progress and assist in ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform other administrative or project support tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the practice.
