About The Position

U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters. No prior experience is required as structured training will be provided. This role involves administering oaths, operating technology for legal proceedings, preparing documentation, and providing administrative support. The position is hybrid, requiring work at client sites, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Hired candidates will complete training before their start date, with support for AAERT certification.

Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers, software, and audio equipment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 55+ WPM. Typing test required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission (guidance provided).

Nice To Haves

  • Existing Notary is a plus.
  • AAERT Certification: Training and certification provided prior to start date.

Responsibilities

  • Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
  • Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
  • Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
  • Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.
