Digital Quality Strategy Delivery Lead - Pharma Technical Operations

Requirements
- Several years of experience in architecting and implementing digital transformations, preferably in the pharma industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the pharma digital & data ecosystem.
- In-depth expertise in regulatory, supply chain, and quality information systems, tools, and techniques.
- Good understanding of customers’ business challenges, goals, and operations environment.
- True digital transformation experience, not just implementation of commercial software.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose business problems and design Digital/AI-first solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, data platforms, LLMs, 4IR technologies).
- Results-driven strategic thinker who operates with a "business value first" lens, comfortable to challenge established processes.
- BS/MS in Science or Engineering Field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in leading digital transformation or technology-focused organization.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with previous experience in the Quality Business.
- 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Exceptional team and stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (e.g. ADKAR).
- Experience with systems / data management.
- Experience working with IT.
- Ability to influence senior leaders.
- Competence in risk management practices and compliance audits within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of GenAI technologies and their application in quality management, including NLP, predictive analytics, and automation.
Nice To Haves
- Strategic consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience running diagnose phases and delivering technology solutions embedded into the business process.
Responsibilities
- Driving the digital technology strategy through the delivery of key digital initiatives and use cases in the Quality domain.
- Acting as an Agile Product Owner (PO) to partner with customers across PT functions to architect the planning, execution, and sustainment of digital solutions.
- Architecting key initiatives and acting as a digital translator between business needs and technical roles.
- Defining impact aspirations, including product vision, roadmap, value assessments, and business cases, and leading the deployment of global solutions.
- Enabling significant improvements in quality management processes through innovative digital solutions, confirmed by measuring key business metrics.
- Performing detailed requirement analyses with a focus on balancing process requirements, stakeholder requirements with digital product simplicity, network scalability, and sustainability.
- Conducting use case prioritization and catalyzing the implementation of key digital use cases.
- Coaching teams in developing and deploying digital use cases, sharing best practices, agile ways of working, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Ensuring full impact capture and coordination between different initiatives.
- Leading cross-functional project teams with digital experts and SMEs across multiple sites and time zones.
- Facilitating compliant solutions for data and digital products in the GxP environment.
- Identifying potential risks associated with digital quality initiatives and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Continuously exploring and assessing emerging digital technologies and industry trends.
- Driving innovation and process improvements within the Quality domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
