About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital marketing projects with a focus on PPC campaigns and online marketplaces from conception to completion. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing project activities, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while optimizing for key performance metrics in digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including PPC, social media, online marketplaces and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Accelo.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in an agency setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing projects such as paid media campaigns (PPC), online marketplace strategies, social media campaigns, and advertising creative development.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with a focus on paid search, display, and eCommerce platforms like Amazon or Walmart.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing solutions and mitigating actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to clients and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising, eCommerce platforms, and digital marketing, to continuously improve project management processes.
