About The Position

Hollywood Park is seeking a highly motivated Digital Products and Automation Lead to support its digital marketing operations. This role focuses on executing and implementing innovative technological strategies to maximize revenue, analyze critical data, and streamline digital marketing efforts. The position sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technical innovation, and revenue maximization, requiring an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for both data-driven problem-solving and rigorous technical execution.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of digital technology & marketing experience.
  • Expertise with digital products (web, email, social, app), Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrable technology experience, launching products, tools and/or experiences while optimizing for revenue and growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with an integrated, omni-channel mindset and deep understanding of current digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience with AI programs, LLMs, Excel formulas, API triggers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, organization and communication skills to streamline processes.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Passion for live events, digital technology, collaboration and storytelling preferred.
  • Multilingual abilities (specifically Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Independently identify, select, and initiate new digital product and automation projects that drive revenue maximization and strategic goals.
  • Lead and drive data pipeline integrations, automations, API keys, and revenue tracking for digital marketing team efforts and initiatives.
  • Own analytics dashboards to effectively track and analyze deep analytics related to product engagement, retention and revenue.
  • Drive the optimization of website builds and maximize SEO and AEO to increase exposure and awareness.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning to streamline technology efficiencies, digital projects and product launches.
  • Manage and execute marketing automations, journeys, and Salesforce triggers.
  • Work closely with the brand marketing team to ideate, develop, and launch products and technology aligned with Hollywood Park initiatives.
  • Own the development and execution of new opportunities for digital/social marketing initiatives, including project management, analytics dashboards, and application of industry marketing trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
