About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is building the global leader in next-generation collectibles, operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. As part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, we leverage a digital sports platform that spans over 900 sports properties and engages more than 81 million fans. We are seeking a Digital Production Artist to serve as the bridge between print-ready PDFs and adaptable digital assets that support marketing, sales, packaging, and broadcast needs. The Prepress team is responsible for producing high-resolution, print-ready files for press. Within Prepress, a specialized group transforms these files into versatile assets used across multiple departments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably prepress, print production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively solve technical problems
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various production teams
• Keen eye for design elements and commonsensical design perspectives, while maintaining clear provided instructions.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality mockups from print-ready PDFs for use across social media, marketing campaigns, packaging, and broadcast applications
• Convert print-ready PDFs into large-format posters while maintaining industry-standard quality
• Adapt offset-print PDFs into digital-print files using Fanatics’ proprietary software
• Generate digital assets from print-ready PDFs for digital card platforms at high volume
• Support miscellaneous visual mockup requests as needed
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Clearly communicate file issues and required corrections to internal teams
