About The Position

The Digital Production Manager II keeps MRI’s web engine running—turning briefs into high-quality, on-brand, performance-minded digital experiences. This role owns the day-to-day production workflow (intake, prioritization, build, QA, and publish) primarily across WordPress and connected marketing systems. You’ll blend hands-on web production with strong digital project management to ensure requests ship predictably, track correctly, and meet brand and conversion standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in web production, digital operations, or digital project delivery (agency or SaaS in-house)
  • Hands-on experience building pages in WordPress (Gutenberg/page builders and/or modular component systems)
  • Strong operational discipline: intake triage, managing backlogs, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, web accessibility basics (WCAG awareness), and responsive QA
  • Comfort partnering with technical teams (dev, analytics) and non-technical marketing stakeholders
  • WordPress, UnBounce, Microsoft Teams Suite
  • GA4, GTM, Looker Studio (or equivalent reporting)
  • SEO tooling (e.g. SEMrush/Similar)
  • Pardot/Account Engagement + Salesforce workflows (as needed)

Responsibilities

  • Build and update pages in WordPress using MRI’s approved templates/modules, ensuring brand compliance and clean UX
  • Produce and maintain campaign landing pages (WP + Pardot-friendly patterns where applicable), including forms, thank-you flows, and redirects
  • Execute content updates (copy, images, modules, SEO fields) with attention to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance
  • Run the NA production queue: triage inbound requests, clarify requirements, estimate effort, and set delivery timelines
  • Manage digital intake and project requests in Jira (as applicable) and static trackers, including status updates, handoffs, and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Brand, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, SEO/AEO, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, and regional teams
  • Enforce page QA standards: responsive checks, link integrity, analytics validation, SEO basics (titles/meta, indexing rules), and accessibility
  • Maintain publishing hygiene: versioning practices, rollback readiness, documentation, and consistent naming conventions
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to templates, intake forms, and SOPs
  • Ensure pages are instrumented for measurement (GA4 events/UTMs), partnering with Analytics to validate tracking
  • Support CRO efforts by implementing test variants, QA’ing experiments, and helping operationalize winning patterns
