About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to help drive the evolution of our digital commerce experience. This role will partner closely with UX, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into prioritized product features and enhancements. The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining requirements, and ensuring that product initiatives deliver measurable improvements to customer experience and business performance. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring the development team is aligned on priorities while delivering high-impact features that support growth and optimization.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years Experience in product management or product ownership Required
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments Required
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical product requirements Required

Responsibilities

  • PRODUCT STRATEGY & ROADMAP
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the digital product roadmap.
  • Translate company objectives into clear product initiatives and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion rate, and engagement.
  • BACKLOG & AGILE DELIVERY
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business value.
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • CUSTOMER & BUSINESS INSIGHT
  • Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and testing insights to inform product decisions
  • Partner with UX and research teams to validate product concepts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize features.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
  • Work closely with UX design, engineering, merchandising, marketing, and analytics.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Communicate product priorities and progress to stakeholders.
  • TESTING & OPTIMIZATION
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, usability, and engagement
  • Track performance against KPIs and iterate based on results.
