We are currently seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital properties—including residential and business mobile applications. This role reports to the Digital Strategy Manager and works cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Retention, Analytics, UX/UI, Web Development, CX and QA. The Digital Product Owner drives the mobile experiences to increase revenue and improve retention. In this role, you will be focused on defining, prioritizing, and delivering features of work that reduce friction and support a full-funnel user journey. The right candidate will be passionate about managing a robust backlog by balancing customer value, retention, revenue generation, and cost effectiveness. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
