This position is a dedicated Digital Product Owner for Aftermarket Leads within the Advanced Leads & Insights (ALI) organization. The Aftermarket Leads product is centered on converting service opportunities into measurable aftermarket growth. Leads amplify the competitive advantage of Caterpillar and Cat® Dealers with data-driven events that proactively provide relevant information to simplify customer decisions. Operating in a domain with tens of millions of annual maintenance and repair events across a global installed base, this role connects ALI’s dealer-facing products to drive services growth for dealers and Caterpillar by turning insight into action and accelerating revenue outcomes. Responsibilities span both new program development and the ongoing enhancement of existing Salesforce capabilities. The Digital Product Owner partners closely with the Application Engineering delivery team and Business Stakeholders to execute digital initiatives that strengthen and expand the Aftermarket Leads product suite.
