The Digital Product Owner – Sensei Experience - is responsible for shaping and prioritizing the Sensei web experience to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and business value. This role serves as the voice of the customer, combining customer research, behavioral analytics, AI-powered insights, and rapid experimentation to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and continuously improve the user experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about Lean Product Management, customer empathy, design thinking, and AI-enabled product development. They thrive in highly collaborative environments, leverage modern AI tools to accelerate learning and execution, and use data to uncover opportunities that improve adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. The Product Owner will gather feature requests and requirements from current and future users of Sensei Cloud and coordinate with the appropriate scrum teams to schedule releases. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and can work with a cross-functional team to deliver product releases and have experience in these areas: Ideal Candidate Profile Passionate about customer experience, user-centered design, and product discovery.
