Digital Product Manager (Lead Consultant) – Producer Compensation Engine About the team The Producer Compensation team sits at the heart of how Allstate enables and rewards its sales force. This group builds and manages a homegrown digital platform that calculates compensation, tracks performance, and delivers insights for insurance producers (agents and employee sales teams). The team operates within a broader ecosystem of interconnected products and partners closely with Finance and Distribution business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable compensation outcomes. About the role We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager (DPM) to own and evolve the Producer Incentive Compensation Engine, focused on bonus and incentive pay calculations. This is a highly visible role where you will act as the “CEO of your product”, owning strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery while balancing business priorities, technical capabilities, and compliance needs. You will drive both big-picture product vision and day-to-day execution, enabling accurate and transparent compensation for thousands of producers across the enterprise.
