Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our team. This individual identifies development needs for the Covered and MediaScout products, factoring in customer needs, market development, and growth requirements. Develops and maintains direct communication and feedback loops with IT, Marketing, and internal and external customers. Monitors the content industry to stay abreast of marketing, data, and other industry trends, building them into the product vision and development roadmap. Works closely with the Catalog Services and Sales teams to identify educational opportunities and new service initiatives for customer facing products and services. Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms. Providing comprehensive services for publishers, retailers, libraries, and educators, Ingram makes these services seamless and accessible through technology, innovation, and creativity.
