As the Digital Product Manager for C3 Communications, you will lead the evolution of our customer communications ecosystem—driving clarity from ambiguity, defining strategic direction, and delivering iterative value through MVPs and continuous improvement. You will contribute to defining, delivering, and managing a product within Allstate’s growing digital communications portfolio. You will help establish strategic product vision, lead product discovery, define roadmaps, and manage backlogs to maximize customer and business value. Successful candidates will be comfortable operating in the grey, validating assumptions through experimentation, and championing customer centric thinking at every stage.
