About The Position

As a Starbucks digital product manager, Delivery, you will play a key role in influencing how customers experience the Starbucks brand beyond the walls of our coffeehouses. You will manage key aspects of Starbucks Delivery to enable growth and innovation in one of Starbucks’ fastest growing businesses.

Requirements

• 3+ years prior work experience in brand management, program management, digital product management, and/or operations
• Experience working with external partners, including strong prioritization skills to balance partner asks with internal constraints and priorities
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations, escalations, and partner requests while maintaining a long-term product vision
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, tests, and partner requests in parallel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in data-informed decision-making and comfortable using metrics to evaluate impact and tradeoffs
• Curious, highly motivated self-starter with strong ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data and user feedback to identify and prioritize areas for optimization
• Manage and streamline processes to ensure smooth business operations end-to-end
• Support discovery process including ideation, opportunity assessment and business casing
• Define, document and validate requirements for features and enhancements
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize Delivery order fulfillment in our coffeehouses
