The Principal, UX/UI Design, is primarily responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs by understanding user needs. You will build effective and meaningful relationships with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Your expertise in user research, usability testing, and design systems will ensure our products are user-friendly and meet business objectives. Specifics include: In this role, a typical day will include: Lead design projects from concept to completion Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices Conduct advanced user research and usability testing Develop and refine design systems and style guides Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs. Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+0 yrs.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
