As part of the Design and Digital Products practice, we operate like a studio: small teams, high craft standards, and a direct line between design decisions and shipped products at scale. Our team includes specialists in Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Experience Design, Immersive Experiences, and Content Design. We partner closely with colleagues across Accenture who bring deep expertise in capabilities, industries, accounts, and ecosystem partners. Together, we take on complex challenges with greater depth, speed, and rigor.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design tackling a range of business problems, industries, user types and platforms.
  • 4+ years leading product design engagements end-to-end, from discovery and synthesis through concepting and build.
  • Experience designing within and contributing to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • 4+ years leading the creation of product visions, user journeys, interaction models, flows, wireframes, and rapid prototypes to define and deliver end-to-end product experiences.
  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence; ability to present product strategy and design rationale to senior client stakeholders and manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • 4+ years bringing designs to life through high-fidelity UI, accessible design practices, and clear, developer-ready specifications.
  • 3+ years directly managing or coaching designers, with demonstrated ability to develop contributors into stronger independent practitioners.
  • 3+ years working in agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams collaborating with product managers, architects, engineers, and data/analytics teams.
  • 3+ years Experience shaping how AI-powered experiences get designed on your engagements, including trust states, fallback and error handling, human-in-the-loop interactions, and agentic workflows. Not just using AI tools, but designing for AI systems.
  • Experience embedding AI tools and workflows into product design practices; comfort modeling AI-enabled ways of working for a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent experience being hands-on in product design tools like Figma.
  • Fluency in adjacent areas such as product strategy, engineering, or data and AI, or have expanded your skillset in a self-directed way.
  • Experience contributing to practice-level initiatives, including ways of working, craft assets, onboarding, or community forums.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, strategy, business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in management consulting or a professional services environment.
  • Contribute to external thought leadership, such as publishing POVs, speaking at events, or representing the practice in the broader design community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client programs from approach through delivery with accountability for work quality, adherence to project timelines, and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Work through ambiguity to solve abstract problems and imagine first-of-its-kind experiences.
  • Make strategic recommendations tangible through proofs of concept, prototypes, and visual narratives, using AI tools to accelerate and enhance output.
  • Set direction while staying close to the work, shaping product decisions and ensuring high-quality design delivery.
  • Serve as a leading voice in client discussions, confidently sharing your perspective and translating research and design insights into clear, strategic narratives that guide clients through complex, high-pressure decisions.
  • Proactively document how AI is changing your project workflows and quantify its impact on delivery, quality, and team performance to evolve how we work as a practice.
  • Contribute to proposals, create case studies from your work, and translate project learnings into clear, compelling thought leadership.
  • Listen for unmet client needs and evolving business priorities, and share opportunities with account leaders to drive growth.
  • Mentor and support team members in their day-to-day work, helping them grow their skills, utilize the best methods and tools, navigate challenges, and develop as product designers.
  • Be a consistent and engaged member of the Product Design craft, supporting others, proactively sharing methods and outcomes from your projects and contributing to the evolution of the discipline.
