About The Position

The Digital Product Analyst will support the day-to-day support and coordination of digital products within the Digital Banking Department. The Digital Product Analyst will work with the Digital Banking team to support the coordination and ongoing upkeep of digital products, help maintain strong internal controls, and contribute to delivering high-quality financial services for the Bank. Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Bank Secrecy Act in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Information Program, Right to Financial Privacy Act (state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 1-3 years of banking or financial services industry experience required.
• Work related experience must consist of data analytics and/or product management, through in-house training sessions, formal school or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; intermediate typing skills to meet production needs of the position.
• Intermediate math skills; ability to calculate interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions, correspondence and procedures, and speak clearly to customers and employees.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis softwares such as Python and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates to gain an understanding of the bank’s digital strategy, products, services, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Provides support by helping to research and coordinate technology solutions that align with Digital Banking goals and improve efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in digital banking product and services.
• Helps prepare regular reports by maintaining performance dashboards to track key digital product metrics.
• Assists with product launch readiness activities by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Support, Training, Legal, Risk, IT, and Compliance.
• Provides troubleshooting support by accurately assessing the customer's product issues and providing recommendations for resolving the problem.
• Helps support communications and coordination with external partners during the onboarding and rollout of new digital products and services.
• Assist in identifying and documenting product issues reported by users and help develop recommendations or escalate appropriately for resolution.
• Stays informed on trends and changes in digital banking products and services to help keep the bank’s offerings relevant.
