About The Position
Deloitte is hiring a Senior Manager for its Supply Chain and Network Operations practice, within Sourcing and Procurement. The team advises clients on transforming strategic sourcing and procurement into strategic business partners, combining category experience, procurement operating-model expertise, technology, and implementation capabilities. Work includes identifying savings in indirect SG&A and direct COGS and enabling digital transformation through technology assessment, selection, implementation, and ongoing operations. The Senior Manager will help clients improve sourcing, procurement, and broader value-chain performance by leading efficiency improvements, digital transformation, and operating-model changes in complex business environments. The role involves client advisory and implementation work, developing business and marketplace relationships, and building Deloitte’s and the individual’s profile in sourcing and procurement. The position is available in multiple listed U.S. locations and requires travel averaging 50%, depending on clients and the work performed. Recruiting for this role ends on 01-31-2027.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operating-model transformation.
- At least 4 years of experience leading project workstreams or client-facing engagements.
- At least 4 years of techno-functional digital procurement experience.
- Experience with strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operating models, or cost-reduction programs.
- Ability to travel an average of 50%, based on the work performed and clients and industries served.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Ability to lead complex projects and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects supporting client sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operating-model solutions.
- Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and value creation.
- Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies, including Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Oro, Levelpath, and similar platforms.
- Surface, scope, and sell procurement-related projects and develop marketplace relationships.
- Manage client relationships, project teams, and deliverables across multiple phases of advisory and implementation work.
- Build professional eminence and a personal and Deloitte brand in sourcing and procurement.
- Lead complex projects, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and mentor and guide others.
